Includes bread, eggs, milk, onions, potatoes, green peppers, chicken, white cheddar cheese, and some butter with a little black pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Toasted two pieces of bread.
Placed torn pieces on the bottom of greased pan.
Baked potatoes, onions and green peppers.
Mixed 1 dozen eggs with a small amount of milk.
Poured egg mixture over vegetables chicken and cheese.
Put in oven to bake.
It is best if you put some of the egg mixture on the toasted bread to soak in before baking.
This is a great dish to prepare the night before.
Baked for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
That was the right amount of time since I had precooked some of the vegetables.
Leftover produce for the garden.
